Writing this post on my new iPad gifted by Shruti


CURRENT STATUS

  • Start Date: 28 Jan

  • Start Weight: 94.5 kg

  • Target Weight: 79 kg


Managed to go to gym or for a walk at least 4-5 times a week. Last weekend even managed to go for a trek to Karnala fort.


Hoping to make a good progress this week, hopefully by doing more than usual.

Day 7 of FC (DWA 36 / RIY 208)

Progress on FC has been not very great, but there is a progress. Yesterday when I measured the weight it was 92.2 KGs, almost 2 kgs lower...

 
 
 
Day 4 of FC (DWA 34/RIY 210)

Its day 4, I managed to go to Gym 3 out of these 4 days. It feels good to workout in the gym, so far there has been consistent effort...
